Unreadable Disc Error

I just picked up ODST last week and it's been giving me this error when trying to load certain levels. 
So I'll go through the trouble of beating a level and it will give me a disc error when loading the next level which means I don't get "credit" for making it to that level at all. It fails when trying to load the level after Alpha Site.
