speaking eloquence.

good communication skills conveys to your audience, confidence, you know what the hell you are doing.

i enjoy the hell out of listening to coach saban's radio show on wednesdays.

i was at walk-on's for Les' first ever radio show....he bored the crap out of us.

i'm not saying he is a bad coach, but when he speaks he really does come off as a doofus. miles really isn't that bad of a coach...but it's brutal to hear him talk.

i remember sometimes at the end of Saban's radio shows he'd hype the crowd up. Les was kind of put on the spot last week on his show, about giving a pep talk to the fans....and he couldn't deliver.

Miles isn't getting paid to entertain you like Bozo the Clown/little Nicky. Why don't you check out the recruiting board here and read the post by Zach Lee's father about Les Miles and how that was a key selling point to Zach....his intregrity...his honesty, etc. It is in the thread called "Zach Lee is the real deal." I bet Zach Lee doesn't end up obtaining text books illegally like Alabama players did last year, violating NCAA rules.

Saban didn't come across as a great speaker to me at all, but yeah Miles is much worse. But Skip Bertman said you have to hear the way the guy talks to the team, and I finally got a chance when I saw his post-game speech to the team after one of the games earlier this year. It was awesome. But yeah, I wished he'd quit being so paranoid about talking football in front of the press.
