My concern (and a caller brought it up on the 98.1 postgame show) is what do recruits who see RS on the sidelines think?

Keiland is gone anyway. He pulled a Justin Vincent. He and a few others aren't making any difference.

Williams is NOT a great back by any stretch. The guy doesn't see the LOS well as proven by his inability to find a hole but instead runs into a pile. What made JH great was his ability to move a yard or two to the left to find a crease. Williams simply runs where the play is designed...great if a hole is there...if not, no gain!
