Anyone passing through Echo, La. on HWY 1 between Alexandria and Marksville. I sell seafood at my house. I purchased 130 lbs of tenderized tail meat, legs, and sausage. (all La. farm raised gator) I'll be out tomorrow. (7:00am to about 2:30pm)
look for the sign "GOT GATOR"

Oh shite I didn't read/comprehend the post at first, you're selling this meat at your house tomorrow...I thought you were cooking all of that at a tailgate. If you were in BR I would swing by and pick some up
