holy cow.
In 1997, Florida had a 25-game SEC winning streak where their average where their average margin of victory was 28 points.
We had Gerry Dinardo.
How were they only a 9-pt. favorite??????????

I'm pretty sure the spread in 1997 was in the 7-10 point range. I know a ton of LSU fans were even jumping on the bets taking Florida.
The crowd was electric that night. It stayed loud the entire game. Easily one of the top 5 crowd atmoshpheres I've been at for a game.
