Florida without Tebow

Enough with the IF LSU wins they only did it without Tebow playing.
Plain and simple, if LSU beats UF, they will be a top 2 team in the nation. The whole week and on gameday we will hear how great the UF defense will be. Nothing will come about the offense. I am a big supporter of Brantley but he doesnt have the WR threats to beat LSU. He is a pocket passer, not a runner. LSU doesnt have to put 8 in the box to beat him like they would against Tebow. That leaves Jones, Taylor, Coleman, Peterson, and Riley susceptible to INT's. Dont get pissed when we dont blitz again....we dont have too. Florida has zero great WR's and now they have a passing QB. A couple timed blitzes and LSU will get a few TO's quick.
On to the offense...which will be our greatest feat. I have stated before I dont think we were holding anything back. I still think that. Miles will try and try and try again to get the run working. He will not put this in Jefferson's hands as he one, hates young starters, and two, is a Big 10 power football ball guy. Look for Scott and Williams to have at least 15+ touches and also look for Shepard in formations we havent seen yet. Holiday and Shepard going in opposite directions will probably be seen twice as we will see what some call open the playbook. I see this game as a TOP and I think LSU will own the TOP by a wide margin. If the O-line performs....which I think they will after an arse chewing this week, LSU wins pretty handily.
The only thing that can hurt LSU is Demps and Rainey running form the WR formation. If they can spread LSU and keep LSU guessing, the game will be closer than you think.....
My prediction is LSU 31 UF 10
No way this should be a 9 point spread.....Look for it to drop to around 7 or 6.

you think LSU jumps Bama or UT with a win?
Posted on 10/6/09 at 9:54 am to KCBasketball
if LSU wins it will be around 27-24 or 24-21 IMHO..UF will play very tough

Florida without Tebow is still MUCH better than Georgia. LSU will have to play their best game of the year to stay in the game.
LSU must force at least 2 turnovers that generate points b/c our offense will have a hard time driving the length of the field.

If we dominate like I presume....Yes will jump one.

Not trying to be a douche, but since we play Bama, what would be the significance?

While LSU may win the game, it will absolutely not be by three touchdowns

31? The LSU offense didn't score that many points against MSU or UGA.

Turnovers will be a key....Another is redzone offense. U and I both know this is being wacthed by coaches right now.

I agree, if we were to win, it would be like another Georgia game.
21-17, at the last second.

T N ATL.....dont worry...I wont be like some douches here, I wont bump when this score is right.

Yeah this will be a lot closer than that, Tebow or not.
And if we win it, Tebow or not, we'll only move up to number 3.

Top 20 win on the road in the hardest conference and a #1 win.....We will at least jump 1.
