maybe leadership is the problem

was just wondering if lack of leadership is playing any role this year.....who on this team is showing any leadership...offense or defence? is it chad jones? is it JJ? charles scott? who on this team is gathering the troops on the sidelines to drill some enthusiasm into their brains?

It's one of the problems.
Similar to last year, some areas are more concerning than others, but the bottom line is the ingredients (concerns) are present across a wide spectrum of this team such that another sub-par season is a possibility.

No its not leadership, its our o-line. There are plenty of leaders on our team including the ones you listed

But you have to have someone on the field on offense and defense. 07 team was full of leaders.

We miss that fire on the sideline. Kids LOVE to make a play to get the "boss" hooping and hollering.

it is definitely one of the many problems we have...I think Scott has tried to step up and be a leader, but there needs to be more than one leader on this team.

The team, or any organization for that matter, takes on the characteristics of the top authority and other leaders within the org.. This trend on this team starting last year reminds me of the same trends of when Laval took over for Bertman.
