Civilizations 4 made me cry...

I was playing as America on the Earth(18civ) map and built New Orleans around where it looks like it would go...on the next turn after it was built i got this message

That game pissed me off... Twice it cut me off before anyone won world domination... "game will ne ending in 5 turns"
