Your comments about the offence being vanilla to me, is right on, but guess what jwill37, it was supposed to be that way for JJ in his first game. I for one am very pleased we won without giving up the store. I just wish the hell people could understand that. What would you have said if we had lost? It was a close game mind you. You think because it was the first game then we should withhold some of our play calling. We don't want to show our hand? Come on man, you don't really believe that do you. I'm not sure our coaches intended anything to be set up and just because a play works doesn't mean it was set up by a previous play. I just thought our offense was too conservative first game ot not. If you disagree that's fine but running the ball up the middle into an eight man box over and over again expecting a different result is insanity.
