Holy crap. No way he makes it through the whole season taking shots like he did Saturday. I thought he was done after the shot to the chin, but he showed heart. I guess it was heart?

The shot to the chin took the other guy out......Jordan will protect himself more I'm sure but he showed me some toughness and that is how leaders lead.

tough to be a leader if you are not on the field.
JJ better learn to slide or JL express is back in action.

Yeah I think that hit that he took where the HITTER got the concussion erased any fear I had in him. When I saw that hit, I had to look away because I didn't want to see him on the ground, but when I saw the other dude on the ground and Jefferson jogging back to the sideline it was joy. I have always felt QBs slide too early because they are TOO afraid of getting hit. He seems smart and will learn something from that hit, but he just needs to keep on keeping on

That scared the hell out of me for Nate Williams health, I'm glad he is okay (and your QB, a stud by the way).

A very similar hit in 1999 paralyzed our DB Curtis Williams (no relation to Nate... that I know of), and he died from it not that long after.

Don't get me wrong, I understand where you're coming from however running the spread option your QB isn't really supposed to be sliding like it's a regular QB just running when the play breaks down. I get what your saying but not when you're running the read option.

Cant help but worry, because Locker ran all night, and didn't get his bell rung serious enough to come out. JJ had it happen twice.
