9 months ago every LSU fan out there, myself included, was highly impressed with the performance JJ had in the bowl game.

Now, here it is, 2 games into the 2009 season and from what I've seen on here, most are ready to just right the kid off. WTF? Nothing against Lee, he showed a lot of heart and backbone to stay after last season however, would these "negatigers" be more comfortable with Lee back in? You know that the "Pick 6" is coming. Hell it may be with Jefferson but he manages the game better, he's not scared to get hit, which seemed to be part of Lee's problem, and he can adjust after the snap.

Yes, I have high expectations from this team given the talent that is there but this unrealistic expectation to blow every team away is ridiculous.

If that's the case, I'm sure the USC bulletin board site is on fire. I mean they are the "dynasty" right? Blow Ohio State away.

Well, probably not. Won by 4 points.

Stand behind your team, don't dump on them. All these kids committed to the school because of how the atmosphere in the stadium is, the hard playing and as crazy as it may be, the academics!
These kids want to feel the electricity of Tiger Stadium..... they want to experience that. Not this piss poor microscopic observations.

The coaches know what's there, know what's at stake. Be positive.

And above all else......

Btw..... Lee may have vastly improved from last year to now. He showed a lot of dedication sticking with LSU after last season. I'm not ripping on the kid at all. Just wanted to make that clear.

Lee was one of the biggest if not the biggest actual Tiger fans on the team last year. It was sad to see that a guy who cared so much about LSU football was such a dismal failure on the field. I really think he wanted it more than most of the other players - it just didn't work out for him.
