TDFSB Where's my dinner bitch? Official thread

lets do it...anyone want to form a league with me...we could draft on here and plug the teams into espn or yahoo or sportsline since all the sites are pretty booked with good draft times. I was thinking we could do some nominal action or all spring for the winner's prize (dinner gift card or something that the wife/significant other would appreciate since we spend all fall/winter playing fantasy football.
ETA: Live draft on yahoo tuesday september 8th at 830 central
I was thinking 12 teams at 10 bucks a shot with the winner getting a gift card to ruth's chris or something similar...

We could vote on where we'd want the gift card to be at and then vote on who should collect the money for it. I personally wouldnt have a problem collecting it and getting the card but I dont want people on here to feel like I'm trying to scam them out of ten dollars. Hell I'd even go buy the card before collecting the money and post a picture on here if it'd make people feel better (as long as everyone was reliable and actually paid). If anyone else has ideas I'm down for anything. I've been on this site quite awhile and have given out my email numerous times and phone number once. I've been scammed once on the ticket board so I understand skepticism. We could even exchange phone numbers or whatever.
eta: I'm somewhat familiar with everyone who has posted so far on here. The only people I would be truly skeptical of paying would be those that joined within the last few months.

I figure we could keep the scoring relatively simple as well
ALL SUBJECT TO LEAGUE VOTE
NO NEGATIVE POINTS
All TDs =6 points
pass yards 1 point every 30
rush/rec yards 1 point every 10
ppr 1 point every 5 receptions
kick/punt return 1 point every 25
all fgs 3 points (so kickers dont decide games)
defense/special teams td=6 points
fumble recovery/INT 2 points
sack 1 point
points allowed 0=16; (3-6)=8; (7-13)=6, not really sure how some leagues score after that but we could vote

Im not sure, how this is going to work, I just dont know enough.

you're allright dude. Basically if we get enough players to participate we could draft them on here
we would have the thread so its obvious who picked where. We can then create a league and select the offline draft option and just plug the guys in (the commish does that)

i like the scoring and $10 is good with me!
only things i would consider chaning:
- 25yds passing - 1 point
* but then again you do have 6 pts a TD. so thats good with me
