Fark gurus...I call upon thee to asketh a humble favor...

My friend started brewing beer recently, we started off with an American style amber ale. Now we're making a cream stout. The "brand" is Dwyer's and the cream stout is going to be called Shane's (my name)Cow Stout. I was wondering if y'all could come up with something using this cow and those names. (Please feel free to purple and gold it up if your hearts desire.)

Would you be willing to compensate the artist for the logo design if your brews become a "for profit" endeavor?

(Compensation amount determined by a slider based upon annual net profit... Subject to yearly renewal, of course)

Of course....I think you're possibly overestimating my friend and I...But if it were to eventually be sold the artist would get a cut.

Maybe y'all are underestimating yourselves.

Anything I post here is purely for enjoyment and not for profit-bearing ventures. More than one fark board contributor (myself included) has had their work end up on other websites, T-shirts and Ebay without permission, much less any credit or compensation...

FWIW - My former advertising agency created the labels for a prominent Texas winery when they went regional about 12 years ago.

Well said. Some of my work ended up on random websites and things as well. Its not that I was upset or anything I just would have liked to been invited to my own party or at least sent an invitation.

Of course

You'll most likely end up with a collection to choose from.

Keep yer beer, honey.... I'm a Ketel One and Gran Marnier drinkin' lady(separately, not mixed).

Just remember that if you begin to turn a profit - It's time to pay the farker.

Looks good, but I wanted to try to work in the clipart cow from the first post. We have a laser etching machine at work and we etched the cow and the Dwyer's label onto the bottle caps. I wanted to try to match them. I like the overall layout, though.

Thanks. Just throwing out an idea so maybe you can pick out the details from several labels to come up with one you like. Have you thought of any in particular you want on it other than the cow and the name?

Not really, I was just really giving what I thought it needed. You guys are the artists with the good ideas, everything y'all have so far looks great. I'm just going to run these by my "colleague" to see which ones he likes. They're all excellent looking, and I appreciate y'all cooking these up.
