This guy is the ultimate TOOL. Every school he coached at went on probation (N.D. ARKY, MINN,South Carolina) except William and Mary and yet he is in the Hall Of Fame. ESPN should be ashamed to have him on T.V. and he is one reaosn I hope Notre Dame never wins another game.

Remember how he would pace the sidelines during his coaching days ??? Couldn't hear what he was saying.. or thinking ??? Needs to go back there and roam some more. Would make better use of his time.

ultimately guys when you look at the schedule they definitely should be the best team 11 out of the 12 games, that being said, the will be in the bcs cause all the got to do is get to 10 wins i think, and once again they will get that az handed to them assuming they make a bcs game and play a team that deserves to be there

If they win 10 games and USC blows them out at home, how do you justify a BCS game.....?

yeah it sucks, i mean if they are gonna have that then put them against one of the bcs busters, like a utah or tcu, like 2 years ago, should have had penn state vs hawaii and let usc and uga play... lets get the best matchups possible not this conference winner goes to this or that bowl

ESPN comedy sitcom greets the new season but with some of their reruns with USC and Notre Dame hype daily.

Other than the Hawaii Bowl (yes, there is one). ND has not won a bowl game since 1994. And you think they are going to the BCS game with 10 wins?

not think i know they will IF they get to 10 wins they go to the bcs, thats the deal they got, and the reason why they dont join the big ten or anyother conference for that matter

I even hate the way he pronounces "Notre Dame"

He gets me sick. Doesn't he predict Notre Dame to get 10 wins or more every year?

and I'll tell you guys another thing..........he hates LSU.

He loved LSU when he was first hired by ESPN a while back and they made him portray an SEC image. (Remember he just came from South Carolina) Then a couple of years ago they made him switch and become a Notre Dame homer. Everyone on those type of shows on ESPN is a character with a set position on every subject. They feel like him being a blind Notre Dame homer is the best way to get ratings up. And yes, it's working.

you're dumb. ESPN DOES NOT ask him to pick Notre Dame to win, he does because he coached Notre Dame.

Uh, yeah they do. ESPN tells him to be a Notre Dame homer because he coached at Notre Dame.
