I need some education on video editing

Anyone know what app LSUfreak uses to import peoples faces into those movie clips?

Whatever system you chose (and there are many) you will have to have the capability of "compositing" to incorporate multiple layers of video with effects FWIW: I use both Final Cut Pro on a Mac and Adobe Premiere Pro on a PC. These are higher end systems. I'm sure if you want keep things simple, there are many others including iMovie for the Mac.
