I have been taking my three kids for about 5 years. I started the youngest, my son, when he was 5 and even this he was a little young. The difficult thing is they are more interested in getting cokes and eating popcorn than watching the game.

I do think it is a good call to go to a 'lesser' game like ULL. In fact, that is the game we are going to this year. It is good to go to a game you wouldn't mind walking out on at halftime or in the 3rd or 4th quarter if the little ones get restless.

Anyway, I suggest you start them at 5 or whenever they seem to get a true interest. My 13 year old daughter is a die-hard Tiger fan which is difficult since we live in Texas around all these crazy UT fans.

PS. You know your child has arrived when they start saying "Scoreboard" to all the UT fans. Love it! Geaux Tigers!
