I just saw on the NFL.COM that LSU Scott is the no. 2 rated running back and Williams is rated no. 5 for the 2010 draft.
It is seniors only.....

That's higher than I thought for both. But good if it holds true.

I've been sold on the fact for a while that Chucky Scott will be a heck of a pro if he can keep the weight off. Keiland Williams, not so much.

I've kind of been trending this direction as well.
Hopefully they'll make a formidable tandem this year.

I think C Scott could be a great fullback if he has weight issues. If not, he will never be an elite back but definitely a productive member of a "thunder & lightning" duo.
I also don't particularly think KW is gonna be as productive as Scott.

Scott will be a great power back in the pros, but don't underestimate KW, I've always said he hasn't been used correctly while at LSU.

I can't disagree with that. I hope that my instincts on him are wrong.

I feel there are a few examples of talent not being utilized during this coaches tenure, but not KW.

really, then I guess I just imagined him hardly getting any touches the year before last, and last season still not getting it enough.

Guess the difference is in our interpretation of "enough".

I don't see "enough" anywhere in your original statement, and if your sayin KW got the ball enough these past 2 seasons, then that is why you are a football "fan". Everybody on here knows that when he got the ball enough, he made big plays happen.

You said you thought he didnt get the ball enough, I meant I thought he didnt. And I guess with that statement Ill have to turn in my tix and turn off my computer. I have to admit I have never been a KW fan. Thats probably why I dont share your opinion. But it is highly possible, because like I said, I think utilizing talent has been a problem.

Keiland has disappointed at LSU. He seems to be looking for a soft place to fall down. He doesn't have that burst and attitude that CS has. Scott tries to initiate contact. Keiland seems to avoid it at all costs.

FWIW When Scott shut it down last season KW basically carried our offense.

quote:that is cool, we got our signals crossed, but really they haven't used him enough, he does make things happen when plays longer than just a couple of plays, hard to get a rhythm like that.

but to the folks out there that compare him to Scott and want him to run over folks, ain't gonna happen, they 2 differnt types of backs.
