You'd have to go down to South LA for some really good seafood. Earnest's has some pretty good dishes, but they're expensive. Other than that, Ralph and Kacoo's is ok.

No it isn't. It went way downhill by the mid 90's. There are far better places to get seafood than this place...even in Shreveport.
