I was going to attempt to roll some today. Does a regular grocery store have the stuff I need?

yeas, they have a little "asian" cuisine section at albertsons. It's got nori, sushi grade rice, wasabi, sesame seed oil, srirachi hot chili sauce.. all the goods.
good luck and remember that sushi takes patience.
oh, and rice vinegar to keep the rice from sticking to your hands.

the hard part is the fish, it is like 37 a pound from whole foods
