If LSU is in the world series it will be top notch. What else do you need to know.

I'm throwing a big tailgate all week long north of the stadium in the zoo member parking lot. 2 10x10 tents, beer pong, lots and LOTS of bbq, etc

email me if you feel like stopping by, there will be lots of LSU students.

go early, you can park near the zoo in right field all week long...bring your own stuff, go inside and watch as many games as you can, outfield seats are plentiful...make friends with other teams, if they get knocked out they will be dumping tickets and leaving...very fun place to watch baseball...only game I missed in 97 was the Bama Miami game prior to us beating Bama...

Root for all SEC teams too...don't pull a Bama and pull against all SEC teams like in 97...that bit them in the arse, the entire stadium was for us and rooted against them in the championship game...

This is my first trip to Omaha as well. I have my GA book already and my question is about how early should I get to the box office to upgrade?

I should note that
--I'm getting into town Sunday around mid-day and I am only attending the Sunday night game(I plan on sitting in the GA stands for this one, if I can get in since Texas is playing)

--The only day i will want to upgrade is for both games on Monday, so if the ticket office opens at 10, I plan on getting there around 7 or 7:30 and I should be fine?

That's pretty much what I did last year. Got there around 7am. If possible bring a second person with you, so one of you can run for drinks or food. Most people in line are pretty cool but there can be the douches who will not let you back in your spot if you leave even for a bathroom break.

When you get there that early, you can park on the street for free. If you plan to upgrade and just hang around the stadium you'll save the $20 parking fee.

Last year was my first year. But, I learned a lot from the experience and just talking to people there who had been multiple times.
