A cancer is a player getting too lackadaisical when he gets the big payday and not treating his body like it's his corporation. A cancer hangs out in shady places where a stabbing and murder of a pregnant woman go down. A cancer only produces his first 3 years in the league, then takes a few years off.

makes them lazy and not a good player, not a cancer.
TO treats his body like a temple and has a great work ethic he is still a cancer to every team he has been on.

not a good thing for grant to get stabbed and be there when this went down, but this had ZERO effect on the team.
