I have the controller and nunchuk. Do I need anything else to play Punch Out? I also have a classic controller as well. Also, do I need a balance board?

No you don't.
In fact, I've read that the makers of the game intended the game to be played the classic way, by just turning the controller sideways and playing. They could have waited and made the game compatible with Wii M+ but decided that if they did that, the game wouldn't really be a Punch-Out game.

Also, the game becomes nearly impossible in Title Defense mode if you're using the Balance Board for dodging. But hey, it's an extra challenge for some people to have fun with.
