3 boneless skinless chicken breasts- boiled and shredded
2 8ox packages of cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup bleu cheese dressing
1 bottle franks hot sauce (you can use less, but
i LOVE that stuff and use a shitton of it)

over medium heat, mix the cream cheese, franks hot sauce and bleu cheese dsg. when the cream cheese is melted, add the shredded chicken and about half to 3/4 of the shredded cheese.

bake in oven at 350 for 30-45 minutes. last 10 minutes sprinkle remaining cheese on top. serve warm with tortilla chips. and beer.

Sounds delish! Can't wait to try it.

I would think if you're in a hurry instead of the 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts- boiled and shredded you could just buy a rotisserie chicken and shred it.

i have had it both ways, i truthfully cannot tell much of a difference.

and i bet as someone suggested - it would be good with the rotis. chicken too.

also- i made it today using sharp cheddar and it was a little too greasy so next time i will either use a different cheese or less.
