Most painful non-bammer loss in AU history imo. Not just covering fuller, that sob Hodson converted 3 4th downs.

Notre Dame 1971 to my mind was the greatest game ever played in Tiger Stadium....

Ole Miss 1972 a close second

USC 1979 was unforgettable....

Auburn 07 was even that great of a game overall. It doesnt fit in the top 5 just because of the catch(however great the catch was haha)

I lived in MICH and it was on ABC!!! 28-8!! And the goal-line stand in the south end zone turned me into an LSU fan forever!!!!!

Was there. There was more than one goal line stand, if I remember correctly. I was sitting South End zone with a cousin about 20 rows up, behind the goal posts. The Ruston Rifle and his cousin had a field day....
