The whole joke is that we do not have any idea who the kid is. The kids faces all look the same. It is their hair and clothing that differentiates most of them. So the gag was that the town knew the identity but we will never know.

Mysterion's voice is closest to Craig's.
Plus, when Cartman is guessing who it might be he says Craig and then when Mysterion reveals himself Cartman said that he had guessed it was him.
