Average low temperatures in Seattle in early September are in the mid-50's. And right on the water, with the breeze, it's gonna feel colder than that. But it beats ESPN making us play in Baton Rouge in mid-afternoon in late August.

I try to remember to bring a jacket every time I go up there, no matter what time of year. And if I forget a jacket, I have to buy one. It gets chilly at night, year-round.

I just moved to Seattle a month ago, and the weather hasn't been nearly as bad as I expected. It's a bit chilly at night, true, but the "it's always miserably cold and rainy" thing is quite the misnomer thus far. Besides, anyone making the trek up here for the game will be so full of Crown and eagerness for the game, it could be 10 below out here come game time and no one would care. Geaux tigers and I look forward to seeing more people in this neck of the woods wearing the real purple and gold!!

Hahahaha that is because the last month has been uncommonly awesome for this time of the year... Wait till November and make that statement again... On the flip side tho, you absolutely cannot beat the summers here... They are phenomenal.

And yes, bring a light jacket.

I take it this means our game with VaTech is on ABC...

Possibly a 7PM prime time non-cable channel start.
Its cool to be Bama

I have spent most of my life in Washington, half on the Seattle side of the mountains and half on the other side (desert).

I love the cooler, more moderate weather. I hate hot sunny days. I melt in the sun. The cool nights are a welcome relief from hot summer days. I guess I am just used to it and have been acclimatized to this environment.

Don't listen to this guy. It rains 13 months of the year here. It's dumping right now and blowing 80mph. Did I mention it's like 38 degrees outside and it's phubckin May?!?!?!? This place sucks. Stay home. Don't even think about moving here.

New York City gets more rain per year than Seattle does.

Seattle should not be called the "rainy city" but "the cloudy city" would be more accurate.

Hey, noob! It's our dirty little secret. Don't let the cat out the bag. Going to the game? Bring a friggin arctic suit.
