Prayers needed... Update....again

A couple of days ago my 4 year old neice, Haley, got e-coli poisoning from some restaurant. My brother brought her to the emergency room and she was transferred to Childrens Hospital in New Orleans several hours later. There is no medication for e-coli, the body just has to fight it off. I just found out that its not looking good. Since she's so young her immune system isnt strong enough. Her kidneys are beginning to fail and they've had to put her on dialysis.
This young child is the love of my life because i have no children of my own and i dont know what i would do without her. Please send your prayers. Thank you.
Update>>
First of all...I have no idea how to put into words the thanks and appreciation i have for all of you that sent your thoughts and prayers for Haley. I decided to read this thread again before updating and it got me pretty choked up.
As for Haley, she was put on dialysis very early this morning. The virus began to break down her red blood cells which clogs the kidneys. They also started her on a solution that is supposed to clean out her kidneys so they can slowly start functioning properly. As of now, there hasn't been any progress but im hoping its because they just started the "therapy". Hopefully by this time tomorrow they will start to see some progress. She is now in stable condition and the doctors said they are confident she will pull through. I pray that they are right.
Again, i cant begin to tell all of you how much your prayers mean to Haley and our family. I will continue praying, hopefully you will too. Thanks again and God bless.
For those asking, Update....
Its been a roller coaster. Haley is still in the hospital and continues dialysis. About 4 days ago she was rushed back into ICU. The toxins in her blood began to travel to her brain. We were worried she may not make through the night but she fought through it and by the next day was alot better. Things were looking good. Then, when i woke up this morning i had 16 missed calls, very scary. I called and they told me that Haley began having siezures last night and could not move the right side of her body. My first thought was stroke due to blood clot. They ran test and everything came back normal, thank God. It was just a reaction to the toxins in her blood due to the kidney failure. She is now back to her pre-existing, which actually is a good thing. Its now just a waiting game for the kidneys to start functioning and hopefully no more setbacks.
The worst part is when she was being rushed back to ICU she asked her dad (my brother), and im not making this up, "Daddy, am i going to heaven?" She's 4.
Thanks for your prayers and God bless.

My prayers are definately with you and your family. I just got out of the hospital and it was prayers and God's hand that brought me through. Your niece deserves all we can do for her.
