Playoff TV question

If Heat-Hawks runs long and ends after the Hornets-Nuggets game begins, is there any channel that I can watch the Hornets until TNT switches to the Hornets-Nuggets game?

Nope. TNT doesn't have multiple stations.

They have put it on TBS in the past, but I'm not sure if they will do that this year (for other games not this one that started on time.)
