Alabama grabbed Ed Stinson from that area last year. They are also in on a number of the guys from the Ft. Lauderdale area. I know LSU now has a pretty strong pull there too. If Shannon doesn't get it together, Miami prospects are going to start leaving in droves.

[quote] As Miami gets more & more away from their 'glory years' kids are starting to grow up thinking of Miami as an average to good team only. Same thing with Fl. St. & you could say Nebraska is in the same boat. On the opposite end, you look at Florida & LSU as two 'hot' teams right now, they continue to pull in top recruiting classes. I just hope LSU can keep it going, & the way to ensure this is to win, win win...
