True. There guidance counselor at their school should have informed them of that option.

I hope all these guys qualify, but you have to be an utter moron to not be able to get a 17 after several tries.

Not true at all. People with learning disorders more often have obscenely high IQs than normal folk. Make no mistake. Read "Edison Trait".
