Anyone else going? Have plans for tailgating? This will be my first time in Athens so i'm looking to meet up with some other tiger fans.

I think the Atlanta LSU Alumni chapter will be tailgating out there for one of the games, so there should be plenty of Tiger fans there. Like you, I'm making my first journey to Athens for the series and I can't wait.

RB Hayes, don't i know you? Didn't you room with a friend of mine in college a few years back? Did you work for the school newspaper?

I'll be there. Athens is an awesome college town. It's loaded with bars and restaurants downtown. I'll be making my third trip. The football weekend next year should be an experience, but I'm looking forward to baseball as well.

I too will be making my 1st trip to Athens. Hope to see 2 top 5 teams clash.

We'll be down to meet up and tailgate w/ the fellow tigers. As someone else mentioned I think the ATL alumni group will be there Saturday.

I'll be there. My buddy has a daughter that's a UGA cheerleader, and got some good tickets.

I get out of class at UGA around 11AM and I'll probably just head to the tailgates around then on Friday. If there's a bunch of TD posters in one place, let me know and I'll stop by.

And bar hopping afterwards is definitely on the plans.

Will be there cookin' away under my P&G tent. Ya'll come. ATL LSU Alum Assn and Atlanta Tigers TAF will be at the tent(s), too, in the Foley Field parking lot. If you're local, you can sign up for Atlantas's first annual Tiger Tour with the coaches on June 11. Caution: UGA visitors Assn. says it's OK to tailgate, but bring plenty of cups to put your booze in. UGA cops can be UGA-ly. The Saturday game is a sellout. If you can get there the night before, there are still cheap seats availalbe for the 7 p.m. game. Let me know if I can do anything. See ya.

The message below was sent to all ATL LSU people. Should be a good time!!

Once again, LSU Atlanta will join with the Ga. chapter of Tiger Athletic Foundation to host a morning tailgate before our Tigers play UGA in Athens on Saturday, March 26th. We will make an Unholy Alliance with the Dawg Pound UGA tailgating club and throw down some good vittles and tunes for all fans to enjoy. In 2009 we had 50 LSU fans from Atlanta show up and we are happy to see more.

LSU plays UGA March 25,26 and 27th in Athens. We will not be offering ticket sales because you can buy tickets online directly from UGA. (Buy Tickets HERE.) LSU will be on the third base side. We recommend you buy your tickets ASAP as the game(s) may sell out. See you there!

It took me a few minutes to realize this was a two year old bump. Mainly cause I don't have class till 11AM on Fridays anymore.

I'm planning on Saturday and Sundays games. Definitely Sunday though.
