Consistency - with John Brady, we were up and down and with his players, next year will another example of this in the downward trend. Fans again would not be happy if Brady were the coach. I believe Coach Johnson will bring consistency starting in a year or so.

Next year will be a drop off, but in a few years, this team will be a contender year in and year out. Like you said, consistency. I feel really good about what TJ has in store for us.
