Michlob Ultra. It has no after taste and that is what usually turns off new beer drinkers.

The taste of macrobrews is usually what turns the beer newbie off. Any smooth ale, with the least bitterness you can find, is best.
Amber is a great suggestion. You might try a heiffeweizen of some sort. Shiner has a good one that easy to drink. Blue moon perhaps.
