Some of you will not understand this but this lose helps LSU

Right now they have no legs. They have been running on empty for a couple of weeks. Todays lose gives them extra days of rest to get ready for Tourn.
If they win they have to play tomorrow and get on a bus in few days to go to next site this lets them go home and rest.
I wanted them to win but its not terrible. they already won the SEC. This Tourn is just to let someone have a second chance at the SEC which LSU did not need.

Yup, they will have "no legs" in the NCAA Tourney too. Or they will run into a team that "wants it more". I love LSU, I really do, and I love this team, but this team right now is just not playing to the level that they were, and I have a feeling it will be a relatively quick exit next weekend.

it gives us 1 extra day....big whoop
It could actually be canceled out. If we won the sec tourney, we could have been a team playing on friday and now we might be a team playing on thursday.

I think Trent will have his players ready to play next week. They will "want it more" next week because if they don't then their season is over. I agree they didn't want it today, but I still think we can make a run in the tourney.

I'm pretty sure at least one person has started a "this loss helps because..." thread after all three of our losses the past couple weeks.
If we go out in the first round of the ncaa's is there anyway we can ban all three posters for about a month or so? Just a thought.
