Florida and Texas are tearing it up on the recruiting trail!

Maybe someone can answer this...It looks like Jacobs and Simon should be Rivals 250 as evidenced by measurables, but they aren't. Have they not been reviewed yet or what?!?...And this not a star gazing thing, so don't even try it!!
