Not to piggyback off the other recent member post… to anyone with motorized retractable patio screens on Northshore or southshore New Orleans region… who did you use or who would you recommend ?
I’m going to contact some places this week based on your recs. Thanks

I ordered from North Solar Screen and did my own last year. Was about $5k delivered and a Saturday of my time for two sections, ~25’ and another one that was ~4’.

Nu Code shutters out of Thibodaux, just recently got ours installed on northshore. They do great work

how sturdy is the 25'? I have a similar span on my patio and had concerns about it being flimsy etc

Extremely stout. I don’t keep the screen down in high wind. I recall when the spam goes over a certain length (maybe 17-18’) it makes you go to a model with larger motor and housing.
