Anyone sign up for anytime fitness though bcbs active and fit program?

Looks like 1 anytime uses it but the one closer to my house, like 3 minutes does not? I have read different things and looks like I can still use program and go to any location but may revoke if I don’t use “home location” a certain amount.

You have to use the home location more than any other locations.
For instance - my home location is by my work so I'm there 3-4x per week. I'd go to a different, closer location by my house on the weekends. As long as I continue to put in more time at work location, my membership remains there.
