Why does Intel seem to be the only tech stock not affected by these market swings

I don’t think it’s as volatile as big name AI players which is why.

Intel stock dropped by over 60% in 2024 while the other stocks in the sector listed on NASDAQ rose by about 30%. It's priced about $15 per share lower than it was 5 years ago.
That's pretty volatile.
