2020 Georgia Election - Did you know….

There was an interesting “Friend of Court” brief filed by the Georgia State Election board this week in the legal efforts of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners (Rob Pitts chairman) to get the 2020 ballots back from the FBI that were seized. In this filing the GSE board noted that:

- there have been ongoing investigations for 5 years, 4 months, and 23 days that still have questions that have not been answered despite subpoenas and demands for legally required responses
- the margin of victory for Biden was less than 12,000 votes
- there were 148,319 mail-in ballots that had no signature verification as required by law (supervisors illegitimately waived this due to “Covid”)
- there are 17,852 ballots with no images in the software system even though this is required
- there are 20,713 ballots with little to no evidence that they are legitimate
- even though investigations are incomplete there has been a review that identified that election result files were tampered with after the election was summarized.

The GSE board argues that the FBI must keep the ballots because the Fulton County Board has repeatedly not complied with the law and cannot be trusted to maintain these records.

Also, high profile Democratic lawyers such as Abbe Lowell are now in Georgia to help the Fulton County Board led by Rob Pitts to continue to undermine and delay investigations into the 2020 elections.

Something really stinks in Fulton County…..
