Anyone have this condition and have any suggestions on ways to fix it or at least make tolerable. Recently had cataract surgery on both eyes so can’t really see up close to be able to pluck

Have they told you the cause yet? If it's blepharitis, this is the stuff that I do to keep it at bay.
I deal with ocular rosacea and blepharitis that can cause the meibomian glands to get blocked up.
- I wipe my eyes with OcuSoft Allergy Lid Wipes (morning)
- Spray my eyelids with Hypochlorous Acid Spray (nighttime and after anytime I wash my face) - I use this Anevova Eyelid Brand.
- Warm compresses with a Bruder mask if I have a stye coming on
Per the ophthalmologist, I'm starting Omega-3 supplementation to try to help as well. If it continues to progress, we'll start talking about IPL treatment (light treatment). They sometimes prescribe a low dose antibiotic to take long term but I don't tolerate doxycycline well.

Thanks so much for the info. Dr really hasn’t talked much about cause mostly some ideas like freezing oo electrolysis. I’ve had 7-8 follicles treated but still constantly getting new lashes growing. Major problem. She did mention omega-3 supplements. I’m in weekly as these things are in hyper mode!

My mother had that problem.I made quite a few trips to B.R. from Alexandria bringing her to see Dr.Saloom.He would do electrolysis of the misdirected eyelash.
Very nice Dr.
