I am trying to enable my parents' computer to watch Youtube and other sites that use Adobe Flash Player in order to watch videos but can't. They have a Dell that is only a few months old with Windows Vista. Every time I try to download the program it sends me to this screen LINK about Flash Player on 64 bit operating systems and I don't know what to do to fix it. Any help is appreciated.

Looks as if you are using a 64 bit browser and adobe does not work with it. If they are running a 64 bit version of vista they will have 2 browsers, a 32 bit explorer and a 64 bit. Go to the start menu and find the 32 bit version (or the one that doesn't say 64 bit after it) and then install the adobe player. This will fix all of your problems.

You got it. I was not aware that there were 2 different browsers. What's the point of that?

One is the 64 bit version, which suppose to be faster and run more efficient. There are other technical reasons, but right now not many websites and application support it
