GMail/Outlook Issues

I have had a deluge of service requests fro clients who were successfully getting GMail through Outlook, now get error codes.
Solutions tried:
Change the app password through Gmail, I get green checkmarks when I "Check account setting", but no mail.
Build a new profile in Outlook
Delete account and rebuild,
The error messages indicate it is an ISP setting, but I get them from Cox, ATT, Spectrum.
Delete and rebuild Windows credentials.
Right now they still get mail through webmail.
If any of you have run into this issue, let me know.

Not likely, I have one office that has 2 workstations, identical installation, one gets gmail in outlook, the other doesn't. I going to make sure that they both have the same updates, as soon as I ger access.
