Just saw, for the first time, a hard hitting GOP sponsored commercial touting The SAVE Act by forcing the standing filibuster to be put into effect.
It is a very strong commercial that actually explains how it works and demands that Thune bring it to the floor.
It might be a sign of a new, proactive, strategy ... for a change.
