Now they’re criminalizing possession of literature in Texas

What I think the article isn’t telling us, is that that literature was likely to be evidence in his wife’s criminal cases (she was at a protest where a shooting occurred), hence why the FBI was there watching him move it. You go tamper with evidence at a crime scene and see what happens

For starters, Texas ain't Louisiana on personal freedom. It's not a state of cowboys with six shooters on the range. We have just as much of that here. Move to Texas and find out how many more occupations need state licenses and restrictions on personal freedom there are. It is in fact looser since the 60's in some ways but hasn't been as loose as Louisiana for eons.
