Looking for a Good Karaoke/Guitar Program

I know YouTube has a few songs with chord overlays and lyrics, but some still have the lead vocals.
KaraFun is good for general Karaoke, but I have a musician that wants to play along with a guitar, but needs the chords.
I tired Jamzone, but the artist I work with hates the layout with the alternating lines. Cool program as you can build various stems if you want one particular instrument in the mix, and it is complicated in trying to pull songs on the fly.
There are a few other Chord programs like Chordify, but they use YouTube, but you are back to the same limitations of not having every song with no vocal tracks.

There are programs out there that will remove different parts of songs.
I used one to remove vocals on some of my old demos, that I didn't have access to the original masters anymore, so that I could re-record them. It worked pretty well for what I wanted.

That helps in a way, but you are still doing heavy lifting by downloading the known songs and then creating your own custom videos for each song.
I am looking for something that has a prebuilt extensive library like KaraFun with the chords and lyrics on screen, and a backing track with no vocals. That way if someone comes up and asks for some random track I could pull it up.
