BREAKING: Dept of Education has determined that San Jose State University VIOLATED Title IX for retaliating against female athletes who spoke out after they were forced to compete and share a locker room with Blaire Fleming, a MALE pretending to be a woman.
The university has 10 days to comply with a series of agreements, which include:
- Implementing Biology-based policies
- Separating facilities based on sex
- Restore titles and records to female athletes who were retaliated against
- Issue apologies to any teams who forfeited due to having a male player
If they do not comply, they risk facing "imminent enforcement action."
