Why us On3 and 247 so different in their rankings?

On3 counts transfers out. We lost a lot to the portal this year. 247 just ranks the transfers in.

LSU is at 5 netting +6 players
+1 five star
+5 four stars
= three stars
Indiana is at 1 netting +8 players
= five stars
+ 3 four stars
+ 5 three stars
Even worse…
Texas tech is at 2 netting ZERO players.
= five stars
+ 6 four stars
- 6 three stars
In what world is 1 five star and 5 four stars < 6 four stars -6 three stars < 3 four stars and 5 three stars?
We lost 33 and gained 39, indiana lost 10 gained 17. Tech lost 21 and gained 21! Our net over their nets all day…
