Question, Would Bessent need to be confirmed again? (FOMC)

If Trump appointed Scott as the chairman of the FOMC, would he need to go in front of the Senate again for a 2nd round of confirmations or is he automatically in?
Second question is if Trump appoints Hassett, what's his path like to confirmation or could the Dems drag it out for months?
If I heard Trump correctly just now, he said everyone knows the name of his pick for FOMC chairman and is well liked by everyone. That makes me think Bessent might be the guy as Hassett I don't think is a household name yet.
