What County/parish per capita in the country puts out the most Div 1 football players?

Has there been a study on this? My guess would be Ouachita Parish.
With West Monroe, Ouachita High, Neville, Ouachita Christian
I'm betting Manatee County in Florida is probably number one solely because of IMG Academy.

Lowndes County (Valdosta), Georgia, has to be high on the list.

Probably not #1 in the state, the river parishes would be my guess of the most in Louisiana

Gwinnett County in Georgia is pretty high up there but I'm not sure on the per captia part
