1. What time does it open? Jan 2 at midnight eastern (about time Sugar Bowl ends)?

Do they sign without a visit? How different is this from a high school recruit? If they visit after signing and do not like or they shite out of luck?

Things may have changed since I was in compliance, but once a player tells the school they’re entering the portal the school has 72 hours to put them in.
So starting tomorrow players will give the school that indication and then some schools will hesitate to try one last effort to save them.
A&M did that with Walter Nolan a few years ago for instance.
